Ingredients
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 x 125 g hake fillets (boned and skinned)
- 1 x 360g jar Ballymaloe 100 Recipe Sauce
Method
- Prep: Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the base of a snug-fitting baking dish. Add the hake fillets and season to taste.
- Spoon over the Ballymaloe 100 Recipe Sauce, spreading it out evenly to fully cover the fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the hake is cooked through (you’ll know it’s ready when it flakes apart easily) and the sauce is bubbling.
Chef's Tips:
Serve with boiled baby potatoes and tenderstem broccoli or green beans on the side.
