Method

  1. Prep: Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  2. Drizzle a little olive oil over the base of a snug-fitting baking dish. Add the hake fillets and season to taste.
  3. Spoon over the Ballymaloe 100 Recipe Sauce, spreading it out evenly to fully cover the fish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the hake is cooked through (you’ll know it’s ready when it flakes apart easily) and the sauce is bubbling.
Chef's Tips:

Serve with boiled baby potatoes and tenderstem broccoli or green beans on the side.
